Abstract

The approach to the teaching of theoretical physics with the use of logical-structural schemes is considered in the article. This approach is based on the method of geometric ideas and allows to systematize and to structure knowledge of students of physical specialties in the field of theoretical physics. Namely, the paper shows how different physical theories (relativity theory, electrodynamics, quantum mechanics, canonical formalism) relate to the underlying geometries (Minkowski space, symplectic geometry, etc.), and how they mutually complement each other, are parts of a single geometric picture of the world. The presented logical and structural schemes for constructing theoretical physics based on different variants of the comparison of the concepts of space, time and mass, resulting from the corresponding philosophical logics, clearly demonstrate the existence of a deep interrelation between the ideas about the forms of matter and spatial varieties in which one or another species is described matter. As a consequence, this leads to the idea of structuring of theoretical physics. This approach in the form of logical and structural schemes makes it possible to systematize complex and profound branches of theoretical physics and to find in them a common link, based on which one can try to unite all theoretical physics.
