Abstract

Methods for the preparation of oils for pipeline transport, associated with the mechanical effect on highviscosity and high-paraffin oils, are today an actual issue for oil refineries. As it is known, today the most promising is the method of electrohydropulse discharges, which allows to adjust the properties of the oil disperse system by changing the size and shape of complex structural units. Creating of an environmentally friendly production of liquid synthetic fuel involves improvement of the technology of upgrading a highly viscous oil process. In order to solve this problem, we used a three-electrode system of electro-impulse
treatment in the pipeline to increase the physicochemical characteristics of the supplied oil, and the results of the experimental data are presented in this article. Such calculations should be carried out with an indication of the different classes of compounds contained in high molecular weight hydrocarbon compounds. A deep study of the mechanism of transformations of the organic mass of a hydrocarbon compound is a prerequisite for the development of new highly efficient hydrogenation processes.
