Development of an electronic switching circuit of the vacuum system based on the chip TL494 CN

Abstract

Designed electric circuit control and switching of the vacuum system of fasting, assembled from a kit of parts and pieces of failed installations VUP-4 and VUP-5. It was shown that the development of power supplies along with the traditional items can be used special chip series TL494CN. Using the data chip greatly simplifies the circuit. Using the vacuum post proposed in the scientific-research work will provide better films and coatings. Test developed by switching board showed positive results.
