Influence divalent a impurity Pb2+ on the defect formation in crystals K2SO4

Abstract

In given article researches of bivalent impurity Pb²⁺ on defect formation in the irradiated sulfates K₂SO₄ was investigated. Methods of thermoactivation spectroscopy and a roentgenoluminescence have researched defect formation mechanisms in the crystals K₂SO₄–Pb irradiated with roentgen rays. The capture levels appearing in after radiation are researched by method of thermostimulated luminescence (TSL). Ranges of a thermo stimulated luminescence and roentgenoluminescence of crystals K₂SO₄–Pb are measured in wide area of temperatures
